The Pre-Visit
Hello, we'er so happy you are here. We cannot wait to meet you.
Visiting a new salon can feel intimidating, and trusting a new stylist can be tough. But here, in our cozy salon suite at Salon One Thirteen, we've created a tranquil, judgment-free environment just for you.
You'll have our undivided attention since we don't double book appointments.
We're thrilled to welcome you to our salon! Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive text or email reminders 72 and 24 hours beforehand, making it easy to add to your calendar with just a click.
The Consultation
A detailed discussion during your hair appointment is crucial to ensure that your desired hairstyle, color, or treatment meets your expectations and fits your personal preferences. We'll talk about any past issues with your hair, what you enjoy and what you're not so keen on, as well as what you're hoping to achieve. We take around 10-15 minutes to ensure we're on the same page and fully understand each other. Feel free to ask us any questions or share any concerns you may have about your hair. Lastly, we'll discuss how to maintain your hair and your long-term goals. We'll even create custom colors just for you, keeping track of them at each visit.

We have Wi-fi, an assortment of drinks (including tea and coffee) and snacks to enjoy during your visit.

After your service we will wrap up our time together by discussing our future visits and maintenance schedule and give recommendations for at home care that will keep your hair looking and feeling its best.

After Goodbye
It's really important to follow the recommendations we give you to keep your cut and color looking it's best. We will give you shampoo, conditioner, and styling product recommendations that will help recreate the salon style. A follow up appointment should also be booked to keep your hair looking and feeling the healthiest.
We will give you all kinds of tips and tricks to maintain your new look at home. Including hair products recommendations and when to book your next appointment.
